G2B gastropub

When G2B wanted to create a nano-brewery for on-site beer brewing, BLOK helped carve out a tiny space (140 SF) behind the satellite bar.  The design blends seemlessly with the original restaurant concept, picking up on the circle motif and complimenting the hostess stand.  Not only is a small brewing area created, but the new walls also intercept cold air rushing through the front door while simultaneously offering playful glimpses of the fermenting equipment.  Gone is the clunky velvet curtain that was a temporary wind block, and now partrons can dine in comfort and order a pint made on-site.
